It's time to get your weekend sporting bets on, and what better sportsbook to use than Ladbrokes, one of the UK's most trusted and reputable sports betting operations, which is offering a slew of current and competitive betting lines on all manner of sports and events.

Read on for our Weekend Sports Preview for 21 September 2012.

New Zealand vs Bangladesh ODI Cricket

Today (Friday, September 21) sees the T20 World Cup 2012 Group D match between New Zealand and Bangladesh. Group D has proven to be a very tough group which means no team can afford to mess up at this point. As such, we expect this to be a long and hard match that should offer up many nail-biting moments.

From a betting perspective, Ladbrokes has posted New Zealand as the overwhelming favourites. But can the plucky team from Bangladesh fight back? That is indeed the big cricket betting question, and for our cricket betting buck, the answer is "no."

Here are the latest New Zealand vs Bangladesh betting lines:

Who will win the match?

New Zealand 1/100
Bangladesh 20/1

How many runs will Bangladesh score?

Over 132.5 5/6
Under 132.5 5/6

How many runs will Bangladesh score in the first six overs?

Over 39.5 5/6
Under 39.5 5/6

At what score will the next wicket fall?

Over 44.5 5/6
Under 44.5 5/6

Barclays Premier League Matches

This weekend football fans have a smorgasbord of matches to look forward to in a number of leagues, from many nations in Europe. But no doubt most will switch their tellies over to the Barclays Premier League to watch the UK's top teams in action.

After just four games in the new season, Chelsea are leading the way with 10 points, followed by Manchester United on 9 points and Arsenal and Man City tied on 8 points. Southampton are at the very bottom of the standings having lost all four of their games so far. Will they be able to pull up their socks and avoid relegation is a question many of their fans will be asking.

For our football betting buck, the games to watch out for most tomorrow (Saturday, September 22) are Chelsea vs Stoke City and Wigan vs Fulham. The Chelsea game to see if the Blues - as the overwhelming betting favorites - can win their fourth game of season, and the Wigan match to see if the team's striker Mauro Boselli - who has been largely ineffectual in his time with the club - will finally play up to the expectation of club boss, Roberto Martinez. (We think not.)

On Sunday there are two great Premier League matchups you can't afford to miss - Liverpool vs Manchester Utd and Manchester City vs Arsenal.

The fact that the Reds have yet to win their first match this season will draw many viewers, especially as they face their old rivals, the Red Devils. We suspect, however, that Liverpool will be crushed 4-0. And then, with just two points separating them in the standings, the game between the Citizens and the Gunners should be explosive to say the least. We foresee Manchester City racking up a 2-1 victory.

Here are the Barclays Premier League match odds for this weekend's games:

2012 Tour Championship Golf Tournament

Many golf betting fans are rooting for current leader Tiger Woods to win the 2012 Tour Championship, which kicked off on Thursday this week at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta.

Interestingly, the American - who once dominated the sport of golf with a ferocity that perfectly matched his name - has been accused by some of this peers of being 'intimidated' by Northerm Irish upstart Rory McIlroy, who has had nothing less than sterling year so far.

Whether true or not, Tiger will definitely be looking to quash those kind of notions by beating McIlroy to snag the Tour Championship victory, and hopefully put himself back on a winning course. But with three days still to go, only time will tell. Here is the latest Tour Championship 2012 betting line at Ladbrokes.
