Evolution, the software company based in the United Kingdom that
specializes in live gaming options, has announced recently its intentions to
expand its workforce substantially, thanks to several new partnership deals
signed with big names in the industry.
Evolution's Chief Executive Officer, Jens Von Bahr revealed that Evolution
would be doubling the number of live dealers it employed in a bid to keep up
with the demand triggered by deals signed with Gala Coral, William Hill,
Party
Gaming and now, more recently,
888 Holdings.
Von Bahr said that within a few months, there would be as much as 350 live
dealers employed by the company, to cater for those players who enjoy the
convenience of internet gambling yet still prefer that personal touch provided
by chatting with dealers and seeing the cards being dealt 'live'.
The latest deal with 888 Holdings includes several quality live gaming
options, including baccarat, blackjack and roulette.
"The proposal of live casino as a revenue stream is significant for
888.com,"
said Gigi Lev, Chief Executive Officer for 888 Holdings.
Jens Von Bahr spoke about the changes that the industry has seen in the live
gaming field since Evolution started 3 years ago. "The perception of live gaming
dealer products has changed considerably," she said "When we started out in
2006, many live dealer products were broadcast from non regulated jurisdictions
and the product did not look that great. We have changed all that and although
these things are always evolving and are never satisfied, we think we have a
high quality product to offer."
