The London listed 32Red Plc is hoping that its new sportsbetting
service will prevent its loyal customers from moving to other sites in a bid to
wager on sporting events.
32Red Plc operates some of the best quality brands in the industry, including
casino and mobile gaming, bingo and poker.
However, the group's previous sportsbetting venture did not get off the
ground and was eventually sold to Stan James.
Ed Ware, CEO of 32Red Plc described the importance of the new 32RedBet.com
that was launched this week on the quality Global Betting Exchange iBroker
platform.
"It minimizes the danger of existing 32Red players using competitor betting
services and then remaining with that competitor for all the betting and gaming
needs," he said. "Next year's World Cup was also at the front of our mind here.
We also believe that offering sports betting will increase the return on
investment of existing promotions and potentially allow us to target other niche
market areas."
32Red is the third licensee to go live with GBE's sportsbook solution. It
joins PKR poker room and AsianLogic on the network.
