For the first time, Vinnie Jones and Dane Bowers have been posted with equal
odds at Paddy Power, with the bookie offering 13/8 that either of them will be
the outright winner of Celebrity Big Brother.
Stephen Baldwin, who was ousted from the house on Friday with Sisqo, gave his
opinion on the reasons for Dane Bowers' sudden rise in popularity.
"Dane is really smart and funny. But he may be utilizing the forces of
darkness," said Baldwin, a born-again Christian.
"If anyone thinks Vinnie is a shoo-in to win because of his fame and
reputation I think Dane is a serious threat and contender," he warned.
Baldwin also said to the News of the World: "There's a presence of darkness
in there and it's only going to get worse as the stress continues. There are a
couple of people in there who have demonic manifestations. Things will get very
tense."
Bowers proved to be the fastest mover this week, and some sites have cut down
his odds as a favourite to 2/1.
The remaining contestants continue to vie for their right to remain in the
Celebrity Big Brother house, as viewers remain glued to their screens.
