Footballer John Terry is seeing his life disappear before his eyes as
more and more details about his extramarital affair with his team mate's former
partner are made public.
Not only has his wife upped and left their home to Dubai with their twin
toddlers in tow, but his capability as Captain of the English side is in
question.
Some are even going as far as to state that his behaviour has divided the
English squad and he has caused irreparable damage to the team's chances of
success in the World Cup this year.
Even the Sports Minister, Gerry Sutcliffe has been hauled into the affair. He
said: "On the field John Terry is a fantastic player and good England captain,
but to be the captain of England you have to have wider responsibilities for the
country, and clearly if these allegations are proven - and at the moment they
are only allegations - then it does call into question his role as England
captain."
Terry is accused of having an affair with lingerie model Vanessa Perroncel,
ex-girlfriend of English team mate, Wayne Bridge.
It was also revealed that Perroncel became pregnant during the affair and
underwent an abortion.
The question now hovering on the horizon is how many other WAGs shared
Terry's bed during his ten year partnership with his wife Toni.
Paddy Power has placed odds on the next WAG to spill the beans, with odds of
2/1 placed on Abigail Clancy, fiancée of football striker, Peter Crouch.
