Playtech, the leading online gambling operator, has improved its
services with a new product in the form of a mobile gaming platform.
The group will be launching mobile web apps, removing the need to download
software.
Mobile gaming allows players to enjoy their favourite games anywhere and any
time.
Playtech's new platform will also allow players to use their same log in
details and account to access the online gaming platform, as well as the new
mobile platform.
Playtech said that the new product would be supported by top mobile platforms
such as iPhone/iPod Touch and Android phones.
At present, over a dozen of Playtech's top games have been adapted to the new
platform.
The mobile web apps cover blackjack, Jacks or Better video poker and
Playtech's winning progressive slot game, Gold Rally.
This means that players can also stand in line to win the jackpot on this
game using their mobile devices.
Three games for Java apps including Pop Bingo, Keno and the classic fixed
odds game, Rock, Paper, Scissors.
Playtech recently signed a deal with Sportech that will see the group obtain
a significant portion of the UK football industry.
It may only be a matter of time that sports betting will also be offered on
Playtech's new mobile application.
