Thanks to a deal signed with UK games developer, Zukido, the global facing
gambling operator, Victor Chandler will be launching a new in play
betting product soon.
The group is hoping to launch the product ahead of the World Cup soccer
tournament to be held in South Africa this year, when soccer betting will be at
an all time high.
Victor Chandler received a betting license from South African authorities
last year and is hoping to attract a large portion of the market through its new
platform.
The new application boasts several highly attractive features, including live
sports, real time odds, real time stats, live text commentary and affiliate
tools.
These features will be spread over Victor Chandler sites that operate in
different languages in order to attract a wider global audience.
The Operations Director at Victor Chandler Paul Louis admits that the idea of
in play betting is not new.
Competition groups have launched their own platforms, such as Ladbrokes which
relaunched its quality sportsbook this month with live streaming of over 30,000
sporting events.
However, Louis is proud of Victor Chandler's new platform. "In running is not
a new concept but the way we have done it is new, I think," he said to EGR
Magazine. "In any World Cup year it's very important that our product is
competitive, but particularly this year with England having a great opportunity
to be successful, and with a huge range of gaming markets taking an interest in
the Cup."
