It's that time of the year again - when Britons take to the polls to vote for
their favourite behind.
The Rear of the Year event is into its 28th year and this year's competition
looks tougher than ever, with some great posteriors in on the race.
Paddy Powers is offering odds for the outright winner of the competition,
with Hayley Tamaddon set to take the title at 5/1.
The Emmerdale actress is also a favourite to win the Dancing on Ice
competition according to Paddy Power and other UK bookies.
The Rear of the Year competition was presented as a one-off accolade to
Barbara Windsor in 1976, and five years later it become an annual event, open to
men and women equally.
Past winners include Denise van Outen (1999), Alex Best (2004), Sian Lloyd
(2007) and Jennifer Ellison (2008).
Also on the list are Michael Barrymore, Robbie Williams, Suzi Quatro, Ukrika
Jonsson and Ronan Keating.
Rachel Stevens and Russell Watson took home the titles last year.
