It has been reported that Ashley Cole is so ashamed at having caused
his soon to be ex wife, Cheryl heartache from his affairs, that he told her that
she could "have it all".
Cole said he would not challenge anything that Cheryl wanted to take out
their joint estate that is worth millions of dollars and said that she could
have a "free reign" over the property.
"Ashley is going to great lengths to prove to Cheryl that she means more to
him than anything," a source told the Mirror. "He has said she can have whatever
she wants or needs - and that includes any sentimental gifts or presents."
The couples assets are certainly impressive, including a holiday property in
Dubai worth over £800,000 and homes in the UK.
But while Cheryl is reportedly feeling "too raw" to consider raking over the
assets, bookies such as Ladbrokes, Paddy Power and Stan James are already
thinking past the divorce and looking at a time when Cheryl is ready to date
again.
Odds of 6/1 have been posted that the first person that she will date will be
Derek Hough, the American dancer and choreographer who comforted Cheryl on her
recent trip to the United States when she only just learned about Ashley's
newest infidelities.
Bookies have also posted odds of 8/1 that her new beau will be Aston
Merrygold, the English singer and member of boyband JLS, who once told OK!
magazine that he was sure that he and Cheryl would be "great lovers".
Merrygold has made no secret of his admiration for Cheryl and confessed that
he fancied the X-Factor judge.
"As for my ideal woman, I've always fancied Cheryl Cole," he said in an
interview. "I loved it last year on the X-Factor. I'd be sitting next to her,
texting my mates about where I was."
