What are the possible scenarios after the upcoming UK elections?
1. Labour stays in a power (with or without a majority)
2. A Tory minority government is formed
3. The Conservatives win outright.
Whichever one of these three scenarios, it is clear that David Miliband would
be the perfect candidate to take over the Labour Party's reigns.
Victor Chandler sports betting site, like many other UK bookie sites, is

of 5/2 that David Miliband will be the next permanent Labour Party leader.
Some are questioning whether Miliband has the ambition or the charisma to
