Cashcade group, which runs some of the top online bingo sites, has
proven that if something is working well, there is no reason to change it.
Cashcade, which operates sites such as Foxy Bingo, Think Bingo, Mirror Bingo and
Cheeky Bingo, has just renewed its contract with Dragonfish software
until 2014.
There had been speculation recently over whether Cashcade would
indeed renew its agreement with Dragonfish. Dragonfish is an independent
division of 888 Holdings and powers all the software on Cashcade's bingo sites.
The reason for recent speculation over the renewal began in July
2009, when Partygaming bought out Cashcade. It was assumed that Cashcade would
be moved from Dragonfish software to Partygaming software once the contract
ended.
There was much concern from players that this move would change all
their gaming habits and bingo games that they had come to know and love, which
often occurs when casino sites change their software platform. This however, is
not going to happen.
Dragonfish's contract with Cashcade was extended until May 2014. As
part of this deal, Dragonfish will continue to provide software for all bingo
games, a complete platform package as well as back office integration. In
addition, will offer a full range of technology services and payment processing.
Gabi Compos, Managing Director of Dragonfish said: "Major
standalone networks require software with sufficient flexibility to allow a
variety of marketing campaigns that can be integrated into the back office, and
Dragonfish can provide this."
