NetPlay TV, the leading UK gaming group, was pleased to announce that it has
received the coveted GamCare certification for two of its gaming brands.
The GamCare certificate is generally awarded to operators who
implement the Player Protection Codes of Practice.
This means that they are assessed by the independent UK watchdog group and
checked to see whether they meet criteria such as age verification practices and
social responsibility.
As such, it was found that NetPlay TV's two brands, SuperCasino.com and
ChallengeJackpot.com met all the criteria and were thus eligible for GamCare's
certification.
"I am thrilled that GamCare, through the certification process, has
contributed to enhance player protection systems for those gaming with NetPlay
TV," said the Chief Executive Officer of GamCare, Andy McLellan.
"I am particularly delighted that, as part of their ongoing commitment to
social responsibility, NetPlay TV displays GamCare's HelpLine contact details on
screen, so that anyone wanting to stay in control has that information at their
fingertips," he added.
The Chief Executive Officer of NetPlay TV, Martin Higginson was also pleased
with the new certification.
"We are delighted that NetPlay TV has been awarded this industry recognized
award for social responsibility and player protection," he said. "NetPlay TV has
always been focused on allowing players to gamble responsibly through its sites
and doing its utmost to protect its players. This GamCare certification is
testament to the high level of responsibility that NetPlay TV sets itself."
