As the leaders of the UK's three major political parties roll up their sleeves in anticipation for the final live debate, bookies are preparing for changes in odds leading up to the general elections next month.
The live debates are a chance for the leaders of the Liberal Democrats, Labour and Conservatives to showcase their opinions and try to sway public opinion.
In the past, these live debates have been known to change the odds for the outright winner of the elections, and this time could be no exception.
In general, the Lib Dems and Labour have been well backed this week ahead of the live debate.
The Conservatives, in the meantime, remain with a question mark over their heads. Some sites such as Victor Chandler have lengthened their odds on Cameron's victory in the final debate, while Paddy Power has odds of 6/5 that he will win it.
The Conservatives still remain firm favourites to win the general elections.
It is interesting to note how odds change, however, thanks to these live debates.
Before the first debate, bookies were posting odds of 200/1 that the Lib Dems would win the most seats in the general election, however since the debates began, those odds have shortened to the point that some bookies are offering odds of 7/4 that Nick Clegg will win the final debate.
Final Debate Winner Odds:
Cameron 6/5 Clegg 13/8 Brown 11/4
Will Cameron Perform Better or Worse?
Better 1/2 Worse 6/4
Will Clegg Perform Better or Worse?
Worse 4/9 Better 13/8
