Several months ago, UK gambling giant, Betfair became the first operator to release a gambling application for the iPhone.
This week, the group announced that it made history again by becoming the first in the industry to release an app for the iPad.
The new application launched yesterday and already players are giving it the thumbs up.
The release means that players are guaranteed quality online casino gambling that is brought right to their new iPads through the backing of a reputable industry operator.
The application is free to download, meaning that there are no excuses for not checking out what Betfair has in store for players in terms of superior software.
Speaking about the release, the Global Director of User Experience at Betfair, Don Fotsch said: "The release of the Betfair iPad application is another example of us offering our customers the most cutting edge methods of placing their bets."
He added: "Once more we are pushing the boundaries when it comes to adapting our products to the latest web and technology trend, reflecting our entrepreneurial roots and obsession with delivering engaging customer experiences.
The new application is similar to the iPhone app launched in July.
It has been launched just in time to greet the beginning of the UK football Premier League season.
Advantages include cool graphic features such as portrait and landscape views, as well as super slick navigation.
