UK gambling fans will be able to enjoy a new platform thanks to the latest betting application launched by Austrian group, bwin.
The app has been released for iPhones and is available to players at Apple Stores in the UK and Austria.
Punters will be able to place bets on their favourite sports, including football, tennis, Formula 1 racing and much more.
"Thanks to bwin live, bwin customers now get to place bets on their iPhone using an intuitive user interface, check on the status of the bets they have place, and retrieve a detailed list of their bets," explained the Head of Product Management Mobile at bwin, Berthold Kao.
The application is currently available for download onto iPhones, although bwin said that an Android version is expected to follow soon.
Players in other countries will also be able to access the new application in the near future.
Bwin has already launched a number of iPhone and Android applications for gaming fans, including casino games such as Gold of Yucatan and European Roulette.
Most recently, bwin fans were told about the latest product in the form of Blackjack, which can also be downloaded.
"For a long time now, bwin has been committed to mobile products for betting, poker, casino and games," said Kao. "With the new applications for the popular smartphone platforms Android and iOS, we want to give the growing number of bwin customers with smartphones the option of making optimal mobile use of the bwin product range as well."
