The industry is waiting to learn more details about the latest multi million jackpot win - this time on the Mega Moolah progressive slot game.
Microgaming software group announced this week that Mega Moolah has been hit at one of its partner sites, Casino Splendido.
The winner will take home the incredible amount of €2.5 million in one lump sum (and not in monthly installments as other software groups pay out).
The winner, who has not yet been identified, hit the jackpot on one of the Mega Moolah games on November 29th, meaning that this is definitely one holiday season he or she will remember for a long time!
Since Mega Moolah was launched by Microgaming, it has made hundreds of players very happy with total payouts of €280 million.
Mega Moolah holds the record for the largest progressive ever paid out online when one player hit the prize in May 2009 and won €6.7 million!
It was barely three months ago that a player won $4.1 million on the game.
