It seems that only good things came from staring in "Black Swan" for Natalie Portman. The hit movie has brought the actress more fame and also personal happiness.
Natalie Portman recently announced that she is engaged to choreographer Benjamin Millipead from Black Swan and she is also expecting his child. It looks like there was a bit more than just dancing going on behind the scenes during the making of the movie.
The actress is not only receiving celeb buzz from her pregnancy-engagement announcement, but also from talk that she will grab the next Best Actress award at the upcoming Oscars.
The odds are all sitting in her favor and the 29 year old actress will have a very busy year if these predictions come true.
Paddy Power has set the odds at 4/5 for Natalie Portman to win the Best Actress award and has put Julia Roberts at the bottom of their chart with 66/1 for her role in Eat, Pray, Love.
Annette Bening is the second contender for the Best Actress award with odds of 15/8, for her role in the movie The Kids are All Right.
Portman played an unraveling and tormented ballet dancer in Black Swan. Portman has admitted that it was one of the hardest roles she has played in her acting career.
"There were some nights that I thought I was literally going to die," she said. "It was the first time I understood how you could get so wrapped up in a role that it could sort of take you down."
