By the time this goes to press, we'll already know who the big winners are at the Oscars 2011.
However, in the final hours leading up to the Oscars yesterday, Paddy Power was pulling all the stops in a bid to attract punters hoping to earn a few pounds on one of Hollywood's greatest shows.
An attractive Money Back Special was running, where Paddy Power promised to refund losing bets on the Oscars 2011 if Colin Firth did NOT win the Oscar for Best Actor in a Leading Role.
This special did not apply to in running bets. It applied to all losing bets placed on Oscar award category markets only.
The maximum refund was £100 per customers.
Paddy Power said that bets on Colin Firth to win the best Actor award did not count.
Another market opened at this betting site was on who would cry during the acceptance speech.
