Bundesliga betting fans can look forward to an action-packed weekend in the German premier football league, with matchups including Borussia Dortmund versus Borussia M'gladbach, Bayer 04 Leverkusen versus 1899 Hoffenheim and FC Bayern Munich versus Eintracht Frankfurt.
With 69 points, Borussia Dortmund are leading the Bundesliga standings, with Bayer 04 Leverkusen eight points behind in second place and Bayern Munich 14 points back in third. And with just four games left to play this season, it is unlikely that Munich will catch up to Dortmund, although Bayer 04 Leverkusen may still have a shot.
That is provided they win the rest of their games this season and Dortmund loses or draws theirs. Of course, at this stage of the season, most Bundesliga betting fans wouldn't bet two cents on the likelihood of that happening, especially considering how well Dortmund are playing and how hungry they are for the title.
But, as in most sports, anything can happen in football, which is why betting is such an exciting proposition. On Saturday Borussia Dortmund will take on Borussia M'gladbach in a match they should win with their eyes closed. Sitting on a paltry 26 points this season, Borussia M'gladbach are lying dead last in the standings and are facing certain relegation.
