An IPL match that everyone is talking about is the upcoming clash between the Rajasthan Royals and the current league leaders, the Mumbai Indians on Friday, April 29th.
Mumbai undoubtedly deserve their place at the top, having won five out of their six matches in the Indian Premier League 2011 so far.
As such, the team currently has odds of 2/1 at Ladbrokes that it will be the outright winner of the cricket tournament.
Rajasthan Royals may have reached second spot on the table, but they had a decidedly more difficult route than Mumbai.
However, the Royals' victory over the Kochi Tuskers brings this team into Friday's match with a lot of confidence.
The Royals will rely on their excellent bowling team, consisting of Shaun Tait who provides the pace, as well as Shane Warne and Johan Botha who traditionally tie down the opposition.
This team depends on three players for its batting, Watson, Dravid and Taylor, although analysts believe the Royals need to move away from this dependence if they want to succeed in the IPL long term.
The Mumbai Indians come into the match oozing confidence, and they have no intention of dropping their current lead on the tables.
This team keeps winning due to its consistency in bowling and fielding and strong resilience in batting.
It should come as no surprise then, if the Mumbai Indians beat the Rajasthan Royals on Friday.
