Boylesports.com is the new sponsor of the biggest race of Leopardstown
Racecourse's January Jumps Weekend, as per a new three-year sponsorship deal
which has given rise to the Boylesports.com Handicap Hurdle.
The January Jumps Weekend will commence on January 28, 2012, and
Boylesports.com will offer lucrative bonuses to the connections of any horse
that wins the prestigious Cheltenham and Leopardstown double.
According to the terms of the sponsorship, the online sportsbook will be the
major sponsor of Leopardstown's Grade-B Hurdle and will award a single prize of
€100k to the winner should they also win the Cheltenham Festival hurdle.
Speaking about the Boylesports.com Handicap Hurdle sponsorship, Leopardstown
Racecourse Commercial Manager Ciaran Conroy said that the Dublin horse racing
venue is very happy to welcome Boylesports.com as the new sponsor of the
internationally acclaimed Hurdle.
He explained that this race has always been held to be among the most hotly
contested and exciting horse racing events in the world, and that Leopardstown
is looking forward to its partnership deal with the online sportsbook for the
next three years in a bid to make the race meeting more successful than ever.
Boylesports.com will also sponsor Leopardstown's Grade-2 Novice Steeplechase
Race and will award a prize of €50k to the winner if they move on to win at the
Cheltenham Festival too.

Revealing further details, he said that this agreement underscores the online

According to Willie Mullins, the champion trainer, the Boylesports.com
Handicap Hurdle is among the most prestigious of Irish horse races and that they
were fortunate to win the double last year with Final Approach. He expressed
hopes that they would be able to repeat the achievement this year and win the
€100k offered by Boylesports.com for any horse that wins the Cheltenham and
Leopardstown double.
