Tonight, Friday 3rd February, another EuroMillions draw will take place, and
players will be thrilled to know that there is an estimated £38 million jackpot
up for grabs.
This huge amount is the result of a triple rollover, after the last draw
failed to produce a top winner once more.
The draw on Tuesday, January 31st saw 1.5 million players take home a prize,
however nobody managed to match five main balls and two Lucky Stars drawn.
The Tuesday draw saw three winning tickets produce a prize of £252,525 each
as they matched five main balls and one Lucky Star.
It now remains to be seen whether someone will win the £38m EuroMillions
lottery jackpot this weekend, or whether it will roll over a fourth time.
EuroMillions Jackpots Every Tuesday and Friday
It's not difficult to understand why EuroMillions is one of the
most popular lotteries in the United Kingdom and across Europe.
The lottery is considered the Continent's biggest rolling
jackpot lottery and offers players the opportunity to win huge prizes twice a
week - on Tuesdays and Fridays.
The draws, which usually take place in Paris, see five numbers
drawn along with the two Lucky Stars, and players need to match a minimum of two
main numbers in order to start seeing the money roll in.
Another reason why EuroMillions is so popular is that players
can buy their tickets through the UK National Lotto. All they need to do is
open a National Lottery account in order to play online. The online ticket is
kept safe and secure in the player's account, and it can be viewed whenever the
player wants to access it.
To access their accounts, online lottery players need to click
'Sign in' at the top of the page on the National Lottery's website and then
enter their username and password. Once in, players select 'My Account' and the
ticket can be viewed inside the online account.
Wins of up to £500 are paid directly into the player's account
and they can then choose to either transfer the money to their debit card bank
account or use the cash to play more games.
Wins of between £501 and £5,000 are paid directly to the
player's bank account by electronic transfer. Wins of over £5,000 need to be
claimed by calling the National Lottery Customer Care Team directly, and
winnings are paid by cheque.
