Tonight, Friday April 27th, will see a huge £36 million up for grabs through
the EuroMillions lottery draw.
The big prize is thanks to a triple rollover, after nobody won the big
lottery prize on Tuesday, April 24th.
The final draw for the month of April will take place tonight, and it is
hoped that somebody will walk away with the super amount of £36 million.
The winning numbers for Tuesday's draw were 8 - 9 - 24 - 43 - 48 and Lucky
Stars 3 and 5.
To win Europe's biggest rolling jackpot lottery game, players need to match
five numbers and two Lucky Stars.
To play the game, they simply select five numbers from one through to 50 and
two Lucky Stars from one through to 11.
Tuesday's draw saw three players, one of them from the United Kingdom,
matching the five main balls and one Lucky Star, which resulted in a second
prize of nearly £240,000 each.
Once more, the Lucky Stars in Tuesdays draw were 3 and 5, among the most
common numbers draw each week.
EuroMillions Also Carries UK Millionaire Raffle
Besides the massive amount up for grabs in the EuroMillions draw
each week, twice a week, the lottery also carries the UK Millionaire Raffle
which creates two new UK millionaires every week - guaranteed.
UK players put themselves in line to win the prize every time
they purchase a line of EuroMillions numbers. They are then issued with a
unique UK Millionaire Raffle selection which is displayed on their ticket, and
they'll automatically be entered into the UK Millionaire Raffle draw.
The UK Millionaire Raffle usually takes place just before the
main EuroMillions draw and the selection is displayed on the ticket under the
regular EuroMillions numbers. This number is made up of three letters and six
numbers - nine digits in all.
Still Time to Purchase EuroMillions Tickets
There is still time to purchase tickets for tonight's £36
million EuroMillions draw, which is televised on BBC One at 11.35 pm.
There are several ways to check EuroMillions results. Players
can open an account and play online - and they'll be advised by the National
Lottery if they have won. In addition, they can check online with the unique
Results Checker or sign up for a weekly results email. It is also possible to
check using the app for iPhones developed by the National Lottery.
