IGT Titles Launch On Virgin Mobile Casino

Virgin Mobile Introduces New IGT Slots

Virgin Mobile Casino, the recently launched mobile platform of Virgin Gaming, has added two new titles to its collection of games.

When the mobile casino first launched, its initial portfolio consisted of titles from Microgaming's formidable collection, including Thunderstruck slot and Tomb Raider slot.

However, this week, Virgin Casino said that it had added two titles from International Game Technology (IGT) as part of a long term plan to upload many new titles to the mobile casino.

IGT announced this week that Virgin Mobile had launched its remote server for mobile devices, and players are now able the popular Da Vinci Diamond slots, as well as Cleopatra slots.

IGT will add more titles to the platform by the end of the year, including Kitty Glitter slot, Wolf Run slot, Cats slot and Elvis: A Little More Action slot.

20 Mobile Casino Games a Year

International Game Technology is excited to reveal its plans to take to the mobile gambling industry in a big way, and revealed that it would launch as many as 20 games each year.

According to the IGT executive vice president of emerging businesses, Robert Melendres: "Introducing our new rgs mobile casino games to the Virgin Mobile Casino audience will allow for IGT's games to be enjoyed by an even wider range of players."

"Mobile rgs expands our distribution capabilities and mobile casino games are a key future driver of our interactive product," he said.

Fresh Game Content for Virgin Mobile

One of the objectives of Virgin Casino is to provide its players with a diverse range of games from multiple casino software providers. This it has managed to do successfully for many years, with games available from IGT, Microgaming and others.

The mobile casino, until now, has only incorporated Microgaming games, but all that has changed with IGT's announcement this week.

Simon Burridge, the Chief Executive Officer of Virgin Games said: "For many people nowadays, the mobile phone is the primary platform for entertainment, so it is crucial that we continue to introduce new content to create a mobile site that allows players to experience the entertainment they get from Virgin Mobile Casino while they are on the move."

The introduction of a new software partner, said Burridge, was a step closer to Virgin Casino's goal of providing its players with fresh game content on a regular basis.
