The 64th Emmys Awards Evening will be hosted by Comedian Joe Kimmel this
Sunday.
The final announcers were made known on Friday and they include Jimmy
Falon of Saturday Night Live fame, Stephen Colbert and Kate Jennings of 2 Broke
Girls.
My personal favourites include Bryan Cranston as best male actor and Don
Cheadle in House of Lies. Cranston's development of his character in Breaking
Bad has been amazing to watch and his transformation from a pathetic high school
teacher to drug lord has been of the most convincing and compelling performances
on television in years.
Cheadle normally plays much more serious roles in film, and makes a seamless
move into Comedy. His performance in the movie "The Guard" last year showed that
he could break out of his stereotypical serious FBI agent typecasting.
