Virgin Games has launched a brand new points scheme to reward its
thousands of registered real money players' for their ongoing loyalty and
wagering activity.
A popular online gambling brand that comprises poker, bingo, and casino
sectors, Virgin Games owes its popularity to its bespoke software gaming
platform along with online casino games developed by a range of prominent gaming
software developers like Microgaming, Playtech, Cryptologic and others.
How the Velocity Rewards Scheme Works
Called Velocity Rewards, it is a multi-tiered rewards scheme, which rewards
players on the basis of the number of Virgin Games V*Points they have managed to
earn.
How does Velocity Rewards differ from Virgin Games previous loyalty scheme?
Velocity Rewards is a much better system, giving players the chance to grab more
benefits and bonuses by reaching new loyalty levels based on number of V*Points
earned per month.
Players simply have to play for real money, collect points, achieve a tier,
and grab benefits and bonuses.
Velocity Rewards Tiers
The lowest tier is called Cheetah. All newly registered real money players at
Virgin Games begin at this tier. They just have to wager real money on poker,
bingo, and online casino casinos, and Virgin Games will reward them with
V*Points. For players at the Cheetah tier, each V*Point earned is equal to x1,
which means that they will get 1000 V*Points for every 1000 points they earn
through real money play.
The second tier is the Falcon, where every V*Point is equal to x1.1, which
means that players will get 1,100 V*Points for every point earned through real
money play. Likewise, the third, fourth, and fifth tiers are called Tornado,
Rocket, and Lightening, respectively.
For players who have achieved these tiers, each V*Point earned is equal to
x1.25, x1.5, and x1.75, respectively. This means that for every 1000 points
earned through real money play, they will receive 1,250, 1,500, and 1,750
V*Points, respectively.
Players can move from one tier to the other depending on how much real money
they wager at Virgin Games and how many points they earn. In addition, players
need not worry if they do not earn enough points per month to maintain their
tier because they can stick on to their old tier for one more month while they
try to catch up.
